When Barry Were started Datasolve in 1991, he was absolutely certain about some things. In particular, he knew that“Technology is going to impact on business in dramatic ways over the coming few years, and that given the right business formulas there is no reason at all for any business not to be successful.”

He believed then, and has since proven, that if a business is able to deliver quality service, on time and on budget, while offering added value to the customer, then sustainability is assured.

Barry’s other fundamental beliefs include the ability to make genuine savings using the appropriate software and resources are enormous, whatever the size or industry of the company; and that employing the right people is critically important to success.
