How does Datasolve keep track of issues and work done?
The Datasolve team runs a powerful project management tool, called ProjMan. This has been developed in-house to exactly fit the way we work.
It tracks everything from phone conversations, issues to be addressed, change requests, hours worked on each task plus paid and unpaid invoices.

How does the Datasolve team remember everything they need to know so that time is not wasted in rediscovering things that someone else already knows?
The ProjMan software includes a powerful knowledge-base facility. When a team member discovers something that may be useful in the future it gets added to the knowledge-base. This is becoming a powerful resource for solving problems.
