GMan

For Search and Rescue Groups the tracking of member activity, experience, skills and positions can be a major task. Further, modern search management practice requires that the tasks assigned are aligned with the training and experience records of all personnel sent into the field. GMan provides the means to record these details for use in IMan.

The benefits of using GMan:

• While developed initially for Search and Rescue groups it will be beneficial for any organisation with the need to manage the training details of their members
• Stores details of:
  • Contact details for members and their next of kin
  • Events and training attended
  • Experience and position details of members
  • Equipment owned by members and the Group
  • Location details such as helicopter pads
  • Nominate events to be imported to IMan as part of SEP details
• Can record the details of multiple Groups and individuals can belong to more than one Group
