The Microsoft Word template for connecting to MYOB, Aurora and NZA Gold
accounting programs.
This template is designed to print WOF (Warrant of Fitness) reminders but it
can be made to use most fields in the accounting programs.
When you open the document, a form will appear as follows:
The package will go through:
- Each debtor,
- Identify all invoices that were issued during the date criteria range you
specify, for each debtor,
- Identify invoice items, for each invoice, that had the "WOF Stock Code" as a
stock item.
A letter will be automatically created if the invoice matches the above
critera.
This package is fully automated.
